Farm updates and your choices

Newsletter signup requires only an email address. We ask you to confirm ownership before activating a subscription. ZIP code and interests are optional and help us share relevant farm news. We record consent wording, when you request or confirm updates, and opt-out history. Purchases and bookings do not automatically subscribe you.

Your relationship with the farm

Authorized staff can link information recorded in our application by normalized contact email: reservations, recorded attendance, purchases, payments and refunds, customer service, and messages. A shared household email is one contact, not proof that everyone is the same person. Account access still requires verified ownership. Internal customer notes and staff records are not public.

How you found us

When available, we retain bounded campaign labels, an external referring domain, and a public landing path in this browser session for up to 30 minutes. On signup, these hints can be recorded with your contact to understand acquisition. We respect this browser's Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals and the choice below. Missing or blocked information stays unknown. We do not use fingerprinting, raw IP addresses in marketing profiles, secure booking links, private paths, or arbitrary URL queries for attribution.

Attribution hints are not verified identity and do not prove what caused a purchase. Staff use the first recorded acquisition separately from later signup requests. Contact attribution is retained for up to 24 months; consent, suppression, and transaction records may remain for operational, accounting, and service obligations.

Email delivery

We use our configured email provider, Resend, to send messages and receive delivery, bounce, complaint, and supported engagement events. Provider acceptance is different from delivery. Opens and clicks can be automated and do not prove that a person read a message. Marketing emails include preference and unsubscribe links. Essential booking and purchase updates remain separate from marketing.

Location and reporting

Geographic reports group current recorded ZIPs at approximate Census ZIP locations. We do not display customer homes or infer income or wealth. Unknown ZIPs remain in overall counts. No customer address list is sent to a mapping service.

Access, correction and retention

Use your account settings or secure email preference link for supported changes. To request access, correction, deletion, or help with a shared contact, contact the market. Necessary transaction, security, consent and suppression records may be retained to honor your requests and existing obligations.
